An Idea
So what would the world entail if we all came up with a great system to help our fellow man? Is there an idea that could utilize the internet and keep the thoughts of others well-being in the forefront of our mind? Perhaps.
So if you could use your blog to do something for someone, what would it be? Would you think about trading comments, views and link-backs for money? How would you take the initiative to change the world through your space online?
So here’s my thought.
I will take $.01 for every blog that links back to this post and $.01 for every comment and donate it to a good cause. What cause might you ask? Habitat for Humanity. Unfamiliar with the program? Habitat for Humanity builds homes for families. They join together products donated by stores with people who are willing to donate their time to create a place for a family to call home. What better way to help those who are in need?
So are you game? Do you want to find out just how much money I will donate to this cause? I’ll update with totals monthly. I’m not setting an ending date for this either! I will continue to donate to Habitat for Humanity as long as this blog is live and people continue to link to it.
So now… the choice is yours!
Any companies out there want to join in? I’ll be happy to link you into this post if you are interested in helping the world – and a GREAT cause!
